Deb brings deep experience in business management, leadership, operations, and human resources. She holds an MBA from Suffolk University. She recently moved to Sussex County and joined DiPietro Law, LLC as the Firm Manager. Her career has spanned information technology companies to the non-profit sector.

Hailing from New England, she lived in Western North Carolina for the past eighteen years, devoting her energies to the nonprofit sector with much of this time in early childhood and human services.

Deb passionately supports our mission by leading our growing team and enhancing operational efficiency. She is committed to our vision of maintaining a warm and friendly boutique law firm experience for every client.

Deb’s personal interests include traveling with her husband George, attending performances of the arts, and enjoying the natural beauty of our area.
